PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables

We offer PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables made with rigid and solid conductors. We also provide cables of sizes 6.0 sq.mm with extra flexible conductors as per BS: 6360. Our exclusive PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables comprise of conductors drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper. The PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables are made from single core and multiple core sheathed cables. The PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables offered by us are manufactured as per IS 694/1990, in sizes from 0.5 sq. mm. to 50 sq. mm.

Conductors :

• The conductors are drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper, and annealed conductors are bunched together.

Insulation :

• Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated, in-house developed PVC compound with high insulation resistance values. The insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance.

Sheath :

• In case of multicore cables, the insulated cores are laid up to form the core assembly. The inner cores are coded for ease of identification as per National/International coding practices. The sheathing is provided with specially formulated PVC compound to facilitate not only ease in stripping but also to withstand mechanical abrasion while in use.
  
  PVC insulated single core and multicore sheathed cables are manufactured as per IS 694/1990, in sizes from 0.5 sq.mm. to 50 sq.mm. in single core and in sizes 0.5 sq.mm.to 4 sq.mm. upto 5 cores. These sizes carry ISI mark and are duly approved by FIA/TAC. The rest of the sizes also generally conform to IS: 694/1990.
  
  Cables as per BS 6004/1991 and BS: 6500/1990 are also available for export market. Special purpose cables in screened construction can also be made available.
